I have been filled with a deep sadness in knowing I have lost my Grandpa. He was a great and knowledgeable man who was also very kind-hearted. I have many fond memories spending days out with him in nature parks across the country, and learning about many different animals and plants. I feel that his love for nature has been passed on to me, which I am very grateful for, as I still to this day enjoy spending time among the wilderness. Now, whenever I find myself in the outdoors, I will always have him in my thoughts. I was lucky to have him as my Grandpa and will forever cherish the time I spent with him. X
