We when we moved to Henlow early in 1979, we contacted the Letchworth Naturalist's Society and received this lovely letter from Brian  inviting us to join.  We had some really wonderful times and lots of laughs with the group in the wilds of Hertfordhire.   We learnt so much about the flora and fauna from Brian.  Nick and Brian shared an interest in butterflies, moths and cameras and long before the days of digital cameras and electronic gadgets, they built a flight box to capture moths in flight!  Probably only Brian would know what the picture below the letter actually represents - it's their first successful shot of a moth in flight!
